SEEL Engenharia is seeking a QSMS Coordinator to work on a hydroelectric project alongside SPIC Brasil. We seek a strategic professional with solid experience in quality, safety, environment, and health management, capable of ensuring legal compliance, operational excellence, and strengthening the QSMS culture at the construction site.
**QSMS Coordinator – Hydroelectric Project \| SPIC Brasil**
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and monitor Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health (QSMS) policies, procedures, and programs aligned with SEEL Engenharia’s strategic objectives and SPIC Brasil’s requirements;
* Define, monitor, and analyze QSMS performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvement actions;
* Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, technical norms, and contractual requirements applicable to the hydroelectric sector;
* Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to established standards;
* Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive action plans, tracking their implementation and effectiveness;
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to occupational safety, process quality, occupational health, and environmental protection;
* Coordinate investigations of incidents, accidents, and environmental occurrences, promoting root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures;
* Develop and deliver training sessions, awareness campaigns, and programs to strengthen QSMS culture among operational and administrative teams;
* Ensure control, updating, and accessibility of QSMS documentation, including procedures, records, licenses, and reports;
* Prepare managerial reports and periodic presentations on departmental performance for leadership and executive management;
* Collaborate integrally with departments such as Engineering, Production, HR, and Administration to align QSMS practices;
* Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety, health, occupational hygiene, and workplace organization procedures;
* Perform other related duties as required by the project and organization.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or related fields;
* Solid experience in QSMS management, preferably in heavy infrastructure, energy, or hydroelectric power plant projects;
* Knowledge of labor and environmental legislation, ISO standards, and integrated management systems;
* Experience with audits, risk management, incident investigation, and team leadership;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to develop indicators and managerial reports;
* Leadership profile, assertive communication, strategic vision, and results orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in dam construction, hydroelectric power plants, or large-scale energy projects;
* Certifications related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\.
