**Job Description – R&D Analyst** ---------------------------------------- We are seeking an R&D (Research & Development) Analyst to join our team and work on developing new products, improving processes, and providing technical support for production in a refrigerated environment. We are looking for an analytical professional committed to quality and innovation, who will contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial products and processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Support the development of new products and improvements to industrial processes; * Monitor production processes, analyzing technical parameters and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards; * Conduct development tests for new meat cuts and packaging; * Analyze research results and propose improvements for existing products; * Prepare and manage technical documentation and manufacturing processes; * Assist in validating new processes and technologies applied to production; * Ensure compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable regulations for the refrigerated industry. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related fields; * Prior experience in Research & Development within the food industry is desirable; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial meat processing; * Familiarity with technical data sheets and product specifications; * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills. ### **Benefits** * Competitive market-based salary; * Breakfast; * Lunch; * Basic food basket.
