Tasks: 1. Supervise the activities of construction site workers; 2. Study the work to be carried out by interpreting project plans and blueprints; 3. Assess the need for labor, materials, tools, and equipment required, ensuring work is carried out with quality and safety; 4. Instruct general assistants or laborers on the best way to perform tasks and avoid waste; 5. Assign tasks to workers, taking into account the specifications of each task in order to achieve maximum productivity during construction execution; 6. Arrange for cleaning, repair, maintenance and/or replacement of tools and equipment, when necessary, ensuring normal operation and work efficiency; 7. Monitor work execution and provide information to supervisors according to the quality management system guidelines; 8. Manage workers to maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite; 9.
