Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects ranging from small to large scale in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others); Perform technical and feasibility studies, and prepare designs that meet technical specifications; Assess potential risks, materials, and costs; Provide advice and creatively resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies; Supervise and guide the team and establish contact with a variety of stakeholders; Handle resulting structures and systems for use; Monitor progress and compile project status reports; Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials; Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc., and produce technical files and other technical documentation as required.
