Strategic support to the company's internal departments ### **Position: Labor and Civil Lawyer** **Location:** Várzea Grande/MT We are seeking a Lawyer to join our team, practicing in labor and civil law areas, with a focus on ensuring legal security, procedural efficiency, and strategic support to the company's internal departments. ### **Responsibilities:** * Handle judicial and administrative proceedings in labor and civil matters; * Draft procedural documents, including defenses, appeals, statements, and legal opinions; * Attend hearings, expert examinations, and monitor procedural deadlines; * Review contracts, notices, agreements, and other legal documents; * Provide preventive legal consulting to internal departments; * Support negotiations and strategies for conflict resolution; * Monitor litigation liabilities and prepare management reports; * Ensure legal compliance and reduce labor and civil contingencies. ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Proven experience in labor and civil law areas; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and professional discretion; * Experience in corporate legal routines is desirable. ### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Breakfast; * Lunch; * Basic food basket. ### **Additional Information:** * This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD). **Resume Submission:** Email: vagas@frigomarca.com.br WhatsApp: (65\) 98167\-4800 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
