Work in the Operations area performing **filling, packaging, and loading of Big Bags, operating equipment, controlling packaging materials, and monitoring process compliance and quality.** **Key responsibilities:** * Control and replenish packaging materials for filling, **operating the control panel and monitoring product flow and weighing.** * Perform **filling and truck loading with Big Bags**, according to scheduling and quality standards. * **Collect samples and inspect product and packaging conditions**, preventing damage and contamination. * Control seals and labels used in the process and **record production data on forms and systems.** * **Direct proper vehicle positioning, maintain cleanliness in filling areas, and support new employees** as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Experience in filling Big Bag packaging. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in industrial or logistics operations; * Knowledge of fertilizer handling and operation of loading/unloading equipment.
