Description: * Perform financial activities specific to beverage resale; * Verify driver settlements and control their physical-financial expense reporting; * Record necessary entries into the resale operational system; * Analyze transactions carried out, supporting the consolidation team in determining results; * Monitor financial aspects of Routine Management through periodic reports, aiming to achieve targets; * Account for financial movements and ensure the resale cash closing; * Assist in monitoring supplier negotiation processes, seeking improved productivity and financial outcomes; * Attend to customers in person or by phone, providing information or requesting support from the responsible department head; * Assist in developing appropriate policies and procedures for administrative and financial operations; * Ensure the preservation of company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); * Properly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company; Commit to operational goals jointly defined with the client, SPO, and Excellence Program; * Requirements: * Higher education degree completed or in progress (desirable); * Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Experience with TOTVs, Protheus, Fluig, or Promax systems is a plus; * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, meal voucher
