Job Summary:
Assist in warehouse organization and control, provide customer service, perform material registration, and ensure proper preservation of materials.

* Assist in organizing and storing materials and products within the Warehouse Area, identifying and arranging them appropriately to ensure rational and orderly storage, as well as safeguarding stored items by providing and/or requesting necessary conditions to prevent deterioration and loss;
* Provide service to requesters by selecting and delivering items, recording stock reductions in the computerized system, and resolving discrepancies to maintain appropriate inventory levels;
* Assist in the receipt process of raw materials, non-productive materials, and packaging materials, performing corresponding inspections and registrations in the computerized system, and notifying involved departments when approvals are required;
* Verify quantities stored in the warehouse by periodically checking records and other relevant data to obtain accurate information regarding actual stock quantities and types of materials;
* Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
* Knowledge: Material storage and computer literacy.
* Skills: Planning, report preparation, and internal/external communication.
* Prerequisites: Completed high school education;
Minimum six (6) months of experience in warehouse operations.
