IT/INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST

Perform analysis, user support, and technical assistance across all departments of the Group’s companies, ensuring proper operation of systems, equipment, and information technology resources, guaranteeing business continuity, data reliability, and adequate support for administrative and operational activities. **Unit: Cometa Assessoria** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to users, both on-site and remotely. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and issues in systems, networks, and infrastructure. * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments. * Support maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, equipment, and network services. * Log support requests, document procedures, and support continuous improvement of IT processes.
