RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Overall responsibility for the operation of all restaurant departments, including cashier, grill station, customer service, kitchen, inventory, and service providers; Coordinate and train the team; Manage procurement, inventory, quality, and cost of supplies and merchandise; Monitor work schedules; Set sales targets; Monitor and ensure implementation of established processes; Conduct training across all dining room divisions, understanding the potential and service requirements needed to meet customer expectations; Track KPIs and attend meetings as required; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education; Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed); One to two years of experience in the food service industry; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is mandatory.
