Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for overall warehouse management at a construction site, controlling inventories, goods, and equipment, as well as negotiating with suppliers. Construction Site: Avenida São Luís, 600 \- Jardim Paraiso, Cáceres \- MT, 78200\-000 Relevant experience, knowledge and skills in Excel and warehouse management systems. Warehouse Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks within the warehouse, controlling and executing fiscal routines to ensure all received invoices comply with fiscal principles, regulations, and legislation, and are processed within company-established deadlines and procedures; conduct inventory counts; monitor goods receipt and dispatch; track and update inventory mapping; prepare inventory control spreadsheets; perform audits; establish controls; generate reports; assume full responsibility for warehouse organization; label items; stack materials; obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers for purchasing machinery, parts, or other products; monitor delivery deadlines; receive equipment; verify that equipment is in perfect condition and fully operational; inspect accessories; clean equipment; prepare equipment for company dispatch (leasing, sale, or exchange); receive goods; verify purchase orders; enter products into the system; supply materials to departments; manage inventory; finalize invoices and forward them to the administrative department; operate forklifts; maintain warehouse organization and material preservation; and perform other duties inherent to the position, including cleaning and arranging the warehouse area, material identification, and inventory taking, among others. Working Hours: 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 Monday through Thursday 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00 Friday Meal allowance: BRL 375.00 \+ Birthday Day Off \+ BRL 200.00 bonus gift.
