The professional will be responsible for supporting the accounting closing process, performing reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and deadlines. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; * Prior experience in the accounting field is considered a plus; * Knowledge of accounting entries and reconciliations; * Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Record accounting entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses; * Perform bank and accounting reconciliations; * Assist in the monthly accounting closing; * Verify fiscal and accounting documents; * Support the preparation of trial balances and financial statements; * Organize and archive accounting documents; * Support internal and external audits, as required; * Ensure correct accounting classification according to the chart of accounts; * Assist in verifying integrations among fiscal, financial, and payroll modules; * Contribute to improving internal processes and controls.
