We are seeking a professional responsible for accounts payable, supplier payments, cash management, and report preparation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and control accounts payable, ensuring payments are made within agreed deadlines; * Process supplier payments, verifying contracts and invoices; * Manage cash, including bank balance control, daily cash flow, and projections; * Monitor and reconcile bank transactions; * Control payment schedules, taxes, charges, and recurring expenses; * Prepare and update financial reports (reports) for managerial monitoring; * Support monthly financial closing, ensuring data accuracy; * Maintain relationships with suppliers and banking institutions, supporting operational negotiations; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, deadlines, and financial controls; * Support internal and external audits, as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Business Administration**, **Accounting**, **Engineering**, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills, with ability to analyze data, build controls, and **automate processes**; * Solid experience in accounts payable.
