Conduct analysis and execution of audits across all companies within the Group, ensuring proper application of regulations in administrative and operational areas, safeguarding the accuracy of records and enhancing the credibility of financial statements and other management reports. **Unit: Cometa Advisory.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Key Activities: * Conduct audits across all companies within the Group to ensure proper application of regulations in administrative and operational areas; * Ensure the accuracy of records and enhance the credibility of financial statements and other management reports; * Prepare financial monitoring reports for cash and bank accounts; * Audit outstanding balances in accounts receivable and accounts payable portfolios; * Audit open and closed service orders; * Audit guarantee and insurance processes; * Remotely analyze and verify inventories of new and used vehicles; * Manage employee registrations and system access (NBS system, Helpdesk, email); * Respond to Helpdesk tickets opened for the audit department; * Perform other audit-related activities as directed by senior management.
