**Job Details**

**Responsibilities:**
Execute projects and initiatives, ensuring expected outcomes;
Monitor initiatives collaboratively with team members and management;
Ensure project and initiative monitoring across all stages of the project management methodology implemented by Foundation AMAGGI, including: Action Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), supporting tools and monitoring instruments for results and indicators, and progress reports as required;
Establish communication and relationships with stakeholders and systematically track results achieved by projects, programs, and initiatives;
Participate in annual budget planning and monitor budgeted versus actual expenditures, performing necessary analyses;
Develop and/or participate in studies, research, and analyses to generate data and insights enabling informed decision-making and innovation in Foundation AMAGGI’s projects and programs;
Participate in and/or represent the Foundation within the local community, seeking partnerships with other initiatives across various fields, organizations, or independent professionals; attending or organizing events; exchanging knowledge, experiences, and methodologies to strengthen institutional capacity, expand networks, and engage stakeholders;
Identify and monitor risks related to Foundation AMAGGI activities, applying appropriate mitigation measures when necessary.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Social Communication, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Economics;
Knowledge of social mobilization, networking, and strengthening of social organizations and local leadership, both in-person and virtually;
Familiarity with the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC) and solid understanding of the Third Sector is desirable.
