Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing technical assistance services, receiving and guiding customers, and carrying out vehicle assembly and inspection, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and department productivity. Customer guidance on vehicle operation Perform services in accordance with established vehicle delivery deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction; conduct quality testing to contribute to the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Unit: Cometa Volkswagen.****\=** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development in pairs; * Receive and guide customers regarding the operational conditions of vehicle components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed; * Carry out motorcycle assembly, delivery inspection, and accessory installation in compliance with the manufacturer's manual; * Clean motorcycles as described in the service order (OS) and procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
