




Job Summary: A multidisciplinary professional to manage industrial projects, ensuring compliance, optimizing outcomes, and leading technical alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial project due diligence and management 2. Leadership of technical alignment and supplier management 3. Administrative and financial project management (CAPEX and OPEX) The hired professional shall perform, among others, the following activities: •Project due diligence (monitoring, verification, and detailed analysis of activities and suppliers, aiming to ensure compliance with project scope, schedules, and company standards for quality, safety, and governance; identifying risks and opportunities to ensure fulfillment of contractual scope and optimize results); •Lead technical alignment meetings for ongoing activities with internal plant departments; •Support plant technical and administrative departments; •Control measurements and budgets; •Third-party and supplier management (access authorization and documentation status management in SG3\); •Issue work permits (PTR) and preliminary risk assessments (APR); •Authorize technical visits via the corporate portal; •Administrative and financial project management (CAPEX and OPEX); •Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and safety standards; •Prepare spreadsheets, charts, PowerPoint presentations, and other general administrative tasks; Familiarity with occupational safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-18, NR\-33, NR\-35\); Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD 2D; Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative routines related to industrial projects; A multidisciplinary professional; Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on weekends; Willingness to travel; Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract; Compensation: R$7\.500,00 \- R$10\.125,00 per month; Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
