Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Communication, or related fields.
* Knowledge of Brazilian Distance Education legislation.
* Proficiency in instructional design and multimodal learning.
* Experience in project planning and management.
* Ability to design, prototype, and model digital interfaces and learning objects.
* Solid experience implementing and monitoring formative assessment activities.
* Intermediate-level English proficiency.
* Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Education, Instructional Design, or Communication is desirable.
