Position: Accounting Sciences Intern ? 100% Remote Work ? Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 1h30 lunch break) ? About the opportunity You will work at an accounting firm that values technical excellence and continuous learning, performing practical tasks in accounting, taxation, and payroll departments. ? Main responsibilities * Assist in preparing and reviewing accounting entries (debits and credits); * Perform organization and reconciliation of accounting accounts; * Prepare and analyze ledger accounts; * Assist in accounting closing routines; * Update and manage Excel spreadsheets; * Support tax-related tasks, including tax calculations for Simples Nacional companies; * Issue invoices, ensuring compliance with legal regulations; * Classify and record accounting entries; * Receive and organize digital tax and accounting documents; * Collaborate in the preparation of financial and accounting reports; * Assist in monthly accounting closing and payroll recording. ? Requirements * Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences, from the 6th semester onward; * Basic knowledge of accounting procedures (debits/credits, ledgers, reconciliations) — will be tested; * Good proficiency in Excel — will be tested; * Organized, proactive profile, committed to deadlines, and eager to learn; * Understanding of general accounting, bank reconciliations, tax calculations, and ancillary obligations (desirable); * Familiarity with accounting and financial systems (desirable). ?
