Job Description Responsible for supporting the sales team and customers, ensuring agility and quality in sales processes. Key Responsibilities: * Telephone support providing information and solutions regarding orders and deliveries; * Guidance on production, billing, inventory, and delivery timelines; * Management of returns and incidents involving logistics carriers; * Order entry and analysis; * Order tracking through to delivery; * Interface with logistics, finance, and tax departments to resolve pending issues. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; * Experience in customer service; * Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, diplomacy, and resilience.
