Internal Communications Specialist at BairesDev We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to help ensure our culture is represented across internal and external channels. You will work with the Culture \& Comms team and Designer to translate everyday moments into stories that inspire connection and recognition. Your role is to help strengthen how employees feel about being part of BairesDev and how the world sees us as an employer. What You'll Do: * Support storytelling initiatives that bring our values, achievements, and culture to life. * Create internal content that celebrates milestones, achievements, and employee stories across communication channels. * Collaborate with the Designer to develop engaging visual content including graphics and videos. * Work with the Culture \& Comms team to align messaging with company tone and priorities. * Help maintain employer branding platforms with current information and content. What we are looking for: * Experience in internal communications, employer branding, or content creation. * Success managing communication campaigns across multiple channels. * Experience collaborating with teams on brand or engagement initiatives. * Familiarity with communication and engagement tools. * Advanced level of English.
