Job Summary: The Front-End/UX team seeks curious and interactive professionals to propose improvements and define best practices for agile, high-quality development, working closely with architecture to ensure technical sustainability. This team has the freedom to define front-end development best practices, development standards, and which features to implement on screens—ensuring agile and high-quality development. Work will be conducted closely with the architecture and technical leadership teams to guarantee the technical sustainability of proposed solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate and suggest improvements to the usability of production systems Assist in defining new features for LigaMagic Transform ideas into code to fully realize screen designs Guide other teams on development standards and best practices Additional Information **Junior Salary Range:** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 **Mid-level Salary Range:** R$ 4\.000,00 to R$ 8\.000,00\.
