Collaborative work with architecture and technical leadership teams Job Description It is expected that the Front\-End/UX team will demonstrate curiosity and strong interpersonal interaction (aimed at identifying strengths and opportunities for system improvements within LigaMagic). This team has the freedom to define front\-end development best practices, development standards, and which features to implement on screens, with the goal of enabling agile and high\-quality development. Work will be conducted closely with the architecture and technical leadership teams to ensure the technical sustainability of proposed solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate and suggest usability improvements for production systems Assist in defining new features for LigaMagic Transform ideas into code to fully realize all screen designs Guide other teams on development standards and best practices Additional Information **Junior Salary Range:** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 **Mid\-Level Salary Range:** R$ 4\.000,00 to R$ 8\.000,00\.
