Specify, develop, and maintain software systems using project management technologies and practices to promote organization, productivity, and quality. **Your Challenges Will Include** * Developing new features or medium-complexity implementations or refinements. * Testing and fixing bugs while collaborating with other teams for development or corrections; working with moderate autonomy. * Demonstrating the ability to discuss issues with the Squad team to foster synergy and ensure smooth project progress. * Interacting with PO and Designer to clarify doubts and build the best technical solution for business requirements. * Possessing intermediate-level programming knowledge; receiving guidance from more senior roles and management, while mentoring junior-level colleagues. * Contributing to various topics within the area, adding value to both the business and the Technology team. * Having knowledge of system design. **Above all, you must identify with our purpose: valuing people so that each individual can build their own story.** **In addition, it is desirable that you have** * A completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Experience in Information Technology. * Intermediate-level proficiency in writing ANSI SQL queries and scripts. * Experience in .NET development. * Experience in HTML and CSS. * Knowledge of system design. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
