Learn more at **www.martinbrower.com.br** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your responsibilities and challenges be?** * Coordinate and develop the team through structured feedback and individual development plans; * Maintain communication and synergy across organizational areas, including warehouse, transportation, operational support, third-party warehouse and transportation teams, among others; * Participate in departmental projects and initiatives: integrate, update, and propose new solutions related to operations; * Maintain up-to-date follow-up on all tasks under your responsibility, consistently meeting established deadlines; * Develop shift schedules and special operational work plans; * Participate in updating the warehouse layout; * Ensure service quality for customers (quality and KPIs); * Support management in budget preparation; * Coordinate planning and documentation organization for audits and implementation of corrective actions; * Coordinate and monitor the performance of third-party partners involved in executing warehouse and transportation operational activities (KPIs); * Coordinate warehouse operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets; * Analyze operational indicators (KPIs) and propose data-driven action plans; * Structure and monitor continuous improvement routines (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, 5S); * Conduct performance analyses and identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes; * Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control; * Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities; * Support definition of layout, workflow, and resource balancing strategies; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good operational practice standards; * Collaborate with planning, transportation, and customer service departments to ensure synergy across logistics processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to have/know/demonstrate?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree — Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of data tools such as Power BI; * Experience with ERP systems (WMS); * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA); * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Prior experience managing people; * Experience with efficiency metrics (safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost); * Knowledge of cold chain operations is desirable; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is considered a strong advantage; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Bradesco Health Insurance; * Odontoprev Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Gympass; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * And more... ***People are MB’s most valuable asset—and it’s our people who drive our company ever further!
