This role involves organizing and managing payment schedules, entering and correctly classifying documents, preparing bank files, reconciling accounts, and controlling and organizing related processes. **If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter invoices into the financial system/ERP and ensure correct classification; * Serve internal and external customers: Maintain contact to clarify questions regarding payments, deadlines, and invoices; * Perform bank reconciliation for accounts payable; * Support internal and external audits; * Schedule payments via internet banking (suppliers, concessionaires, taxes, reimbursements); * Process and verify employee expense and advance reports; * Assist in daily reconciliation, ensuring that payments recorded in the system match bank statements; * Monitor daily cash flow and track account due dates to avoid penalties; * Carefully review documents to identify and correct discrepancies; * Support the controller/finance team in monthly financial closing; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Accounting or Business Administration; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * English proficiency desirable; * SAP ECC experience is a plus; * Flexible working hours. **Additional Information** You will enjoy the following benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * On-site Meal * Transportation * Payroll-deductible Loan * Birthday Month Ticket Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, the Sany Group specializes in heavy machinery manufacturing, with core products including construction, paving, excavation, reach stacker, crane, port, and mining equipment.
