Job Mission: Coordinate beer manufacturing operations (Brewing/Fermentation/Filtration/Pressure Cellars) by evaluating process indicators against targets and specifications, coordinating activities with operations to improve results and/or correct deviations using technical brewing knowledge and management system tools (safety, environment, and quality); Break down macro production planning into operational-level execution through detailed sequencing of all required activities; Support maintenance execution in the process area, ensuring alignment with production plans and prioritizing needs jointly with the Industrial Facilities department based on budget availability; Promote TPM culture in beer manufacturing processes through daily motivation and leadership of the operations team; Collaborate on projects focused on new product and process development, as well as new equipment and facility implementation, working alongside strategic headquarters departments such as Product Technology and Engineering, supporting operations and preparing technical reports to present results; Ensure a clean and safe environment across all production areas through regular inspections, guidance, awareness-raising, and training for employees (including third-party personnel); Evaluate each team member’s performance using HR-provided tools and monitor their development plans; Participate in and support technical and management system audits, including scope definition, auditor evaluation, results presentation, and ensuring implementation of resulting action plans; Collaborate with relevant departments to implement/comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), schedule internal audits, and implement corrective actions when non-compliance occurs; Responsible for HACCP study, implementation, reviews, and maintenance of the system; Responsible for new projects and processes; Monitoring of PCC (applicable to employees performing monitoring).
