Job Summary: The Infrastructure Coordinator leads and supervises external teams, ensuring network installation, maintenance, and support, as well as planning workloads and monitoring quality. Technical support and field team development The Infrastructure Coordinator will be responsible for leading and supervising external technical teams, ensuring execution of field activities related to network infrastructure installation, maintenance, and support. Will be involved in workload planning, service order (SO) tracking, installation quality control, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and SLAs.
