




Job Summary: The Infrastructure Coordinator leads and supervises external teams, ensuring network installation, maintenance, and support, as well as planning workloads and monitoring quality. Technical support and field team development The Infrastructure Coordinator will be responsible for leading and supervising external technical teams, ensuring execution of field activities related to network infrastructure installation, maintenance, and support. Will be involved in workload planning, service order (SO) tracking, installation quality control, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and SLAs. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate external teams of technicians and installers * Distribute and track service orders (SO) * Ensure quality in installations and maintenance * Monitor productivity and SLA indicators * Provide technical support to field teams * Control usage of materials and equipment * Ensure compliance with safety regulations * Conduct performance feedback and team development Requirements * Experience managing external teams * Background in network infrastructure (fiber optics experience is a plus) * Knowledge of internet installation and maintenance * Leadership and organizational skills * Valid driver's license (required if external visits are needed) * Experience in telecommunications companies * Knowledge of fiber deployment and customer activation Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.230,92 \- R$7\.690,17 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
