Technical support and development of team members We are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician III** to join our team! The electromechanical technician is responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance—both preventive and corrective—on machines and equipment, ensuring their full operational functionality. They also provide technical support, guiding and developing other team members. A proactive, collaborative attitude aligned with delivering excellent customer service is expected. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance on machines and equipment according to technical assistance contracts; * Diagnose failures, identifying their origin and nature, and carry out necessary repairs or component replacements; * Execute reprogramming, testing, and release of equipment for operation; * Conduct inspection and maintenance of electrical and electronic control panels; * Prepare technical reports documenting performed services; * Record and submit reports according to company-defined procedures and systems; * Promote a culture of workplace safety and adherence to SEMOG’s and our clients’ safety policies. **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance, installation, and repair of overhead cranes and hoists; * Knowledge of electrical control systems; * Willingness to travel; * Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Mechatronics / Electromechanics or related fields. **Desired Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Collaborative mindset, encouraging knowledge sharing; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and positive attitude. **Location:** Reside near São José dos Campos/SP Please send your resume to **recrutamento@semoggroup.com**, with the subject line ''**Electromechanical Technician III**''.
