Active participation in school and cultural events **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Assist teachers in preparing and organizing teaching materials and pedagogical resources. Monitor and support students during classroom activities and extracurricular projects. Collaborate on developing lesson plans and activity outlines under faculty supervision. Observe student performance and record relevant information for teacher feedback. Participate in pedagogical meetings and training sessions to continuously improve educational practices. Support the organization of school events and cultural activities, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating learning environment for students. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree Advanced knowledge of computer applications and Excel. Prior experience in a school setting or in pedagogical support activities. Basic knowledge of teaching methodologies and child development. Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and parents/guardians. Availability to accompany school and extracurricular activities.
