Growth and development in a global environment **About the Area:** The Embraer Procurement & Supply Chain Center of Excellence is responsible for defining, monitoring, and coordinating strategic actions related to intelligence, risk, governance, and communication within the Vice Presidency of Global Procurement & Supply Chain. It also manages material cost performance, inventory, governance of strategic projects, and promotes capability development through the Procurement and Supply Chain Academies. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Analyzing purchased material costs, identifying opportunities for reduction and optimization. * Monitoring, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory data, reconciling discrepancies and proposing improvements. * Analyzing, controlling, and reporting Supply Chain/Procurement operational costs and expenses. * Preparing management reports and dashboards with KPIs related to costs, inventory, and similar topics. * Supporting internal and external audits with information and evidence regarding material management, costs, and inventory. * Validating information with critical thinking and attention to detail for operational decision-making. * Proposing and implementing process improvement projects within areas you participate in or are responsible for. **Why This Role Is Strategic:** * You will join an area that connects intelligence, governance, and performance, ensuring that decisions on costs and inventory are accurate and sustainable—directly impacting procurement efficiency and company results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Meet This Challenge, You Must Have:** * Completed undergraduate degree (diploma or graduation certificate required) * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking * Experience in data management and analysis: ability to structure, validate, and interpret large volumes of information to ensure inventory and other material cost accuracy and visibility. * Experience in financial and operational performance analysis: ability to interpret indicators, assess impacts, and propose corrective actions. * Knowledge of procurement and material movement processes, with focus on cost optimization and discrepancy reconciliation. * Knowledge of project management (tools and practices). * Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar) for creating dashboards and management reports. * Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP), including modules for material and cost management. **You Will Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in procurement, material planning, inventory control, or industrial cost management. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. **Additional Information** Work model: **On-site in São José dos Campos / SP**. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass/Wellhub * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) We are one of the world’s largest aerospace companies thanks to the dedication of people who possess a genuine passion for overcoming the impossible.
