Description: Position: Production Leader Karter Lubrificantes is seeking a Production Leader with experience in an industrial environment to coordinate manufacturing and lubricant filling activities. This professional will be responsible for ensuring achievement of production targets while guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency across all stages of the production process. About the role You will serve as the link between the operational team and supervision, ensuring that production processes occur in an organized, safe, and quality-compliant manner according to Karter’s standards. Your role will be essential in maintaining productivity and optimal performance of the production line. Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor production and filling team activities; * Ensure timely completion of production orders according to established quality standards; * Guarantee proper use of equipment, raw materials, and inputs; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, yield, rework, and losses); * Support supervision in implementing continuous improvements in the production process; * Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and organization standards (5S) in the workplace; * Conduct operational training and monitor operator development; * Report deviations, stoppages, and incidents to immediate leadership. Qualifications * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Production, Logistics, Mechanics, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience leading industrial production teams; * Experience in the lubricants, chemical, or petrochemical sector is desirable; * Basic knowledge of production indicators and process control; * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts, as required by operational needs.
