




The company is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support for industrial management in defining improvements, identifying bottlenecks, planning investments, and supporting project structuring—ensuring production demand is met with Quality, without negatively impacting Health, Safety, and Environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Measure and interpret process data; * Promote standardization of production processes through process concepts and operational activity uniformity; * Evaluate the production process to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements for maximum productivity; * Measure capacity constraints relative to production demand and propose de-bottlenecking measures; * Actively participate in structuring First Manufacturing Batches with the Research and Development team; * Develop and review operating procedures and work instructions; * Deliver training to the industrial team; * Identify root causes and propose corrective actions to eliminate failure modes arising from Non-Conformance Reports; * Strictly monitor compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations; * Actively participate in Process Safety risk assessments; * Identify cost reduction opportunities; * Support teams in 5S activities; * Participate in Lean initiatives; * Develop and maintain an investment needs pipeline; * Support the engineering and maintenance teams in project-related activities; * Explore viable alternatives for digitalization; * Support leadership in indicator management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (preferably Chemical or Production Engineering); * Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Process Engineering within the industrial sector, preferably in the chemical industry; * Knowledge of risk analysis; * Knowledge of batch-type process capacity calculations; * Knowledge of heating systems (heat transfer), pumping, and mixing; * Knowledge of project management; * Knowledge of safety concepts (occupational and process safety), health, and environment; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Profit-sharing program.
