Operating with social and environmental responsibility, the company is certified by ISO 9001 (Quality), Financial, Tax and Labor Compliance, Sustainability, and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). ##### **Junior Planning Analyst \- São José dos Campos \- SP** Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop and monitor project schedules, including S-Curves and baseline analysis * Generate physical-financial progress reports and performance indicators * Revise schedules and propose action plans to correct deviations * Consolidate information and prepare reports for management and executive meetings * Develop responsibility matrices (RACI) and risk plans * Interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deadlines and scope compliance Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Knowledge in contract management, control, or measurement functions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerBI * Knowledge of SAP and MS Project is desirable * Knowledge in process management is desirable * Knowledge in supply chain management is desirable * Degree in electrical engineering or currently pursuing a degree in electrical engineering is desirable
