BRUSH CUTTER OPERATOR 1. Remuneration and Benefits * Salary: BRL 1,692.55 + Hazard Pay: BRL 507.77 = Total BRL 2,200.32 * Meal Voucher: BRL 277.50 + Food Basket: BRL 144.68 = Total BRL 422.18 * Attendance Bonus: BRL 300.00 * PPE provided in accordance with NR-06, including specific protection for energized areas where applicable. * MUST HOLD A DRIVER’S LICENSE FOR CARS 2. Technical Responsibilities * Operate backpack/motorized brush cutters to perform low-level mowing and vegetation removal on various types of terrain. * Perform technical vegetation cutting in sensitive areas (slopes, dams, riprap structures, shoulders, and margins). * Execute technical finishing work on infrastructure: curbs, gutters, fences, passage boxes, poles, and metal structures. * Carry out weed control and removal of invasive vegetation. * Assist in herbicide application in compliance with NR-31 and internal environmental guidelines. * Conduct final cleanup and proper disposal of removed organic material. * Fully comply with applicable regulatory norms (NR-10, NR-12, NR-31, NR-35), as required by operational demands. * Follow field leadership’s technical guidance and report environmental non-conformities when requested. 3. Technical Requirements * Education: Completed Elementary School. * Minimum proven experience of 6 months operating backpack brush cutters (CTPS or qualified statement). * Applied knowledge of: * Correct techniques for vegetation cutting and removal * Basic brush cutter maintenance * Safety procedures for outdoor and sloped areas * Mandatory use of PPE * Technical advantages: * NR-35 Training – Working at Heights * NR-31 Training – Agrochemicals/Herbicides * NR-10 Training – Electrical Power Systems / Energized Areas (company may provide training) BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS (APPLICABLE TO ALL POSITIONS) * Strict punctuality and adherence to working hours. * Compliance with leadership instructions without operational resistance. * Ability to work in teams with respectful communication. * Discipline in executing work orders and standard procedures. * Responsibility regarding the use, maintenance, and return of PPE and tools. * Professional, ethical conduct appropriate for an industrial environment. * Tolerance for routines under continuous supervision and technical reviews. * Maturity to receive feedback, corrections, and process adaptations.
