Intermediate English for conversation **Responsibilities:** * Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. * Handle online and telephone reservations. * Inform customers about available payment options. * Register guests by collecting required information. * Greet arriving guests and assign rooms. * Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, and rates. * Respond professionally to customer complaints. * Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are cleaned. * Confirm group reservations and arrange customized services such as wedding guests. * Sell additional activities and services when appropriate. * Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and payments. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role. * **Intermediate English (English conversation)** * Experience with hotel reservation software. * Familiarity with travel planning websites such as Booking and TripAdvisor. * Customer service orientation. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
