The ideal candidate views education as a product, possesses strong technical rigor, writes clearly, and masters the orchestration of multiple formats: videos, texts, learning paths, e-learning, microlearning, scripts, and supplementary materials. Here, Instructional Design is a key component of the learning ecosystem. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify learning needs in collaboration with partner departments and convert them into viable and efficient educational solutions. * Script content for videos, online courses, micro-lessons, podcasts, PDFs, presentations, and assessments. * Structure complete learning paths with sound pedagogical logic, clear narrative, and coherent progression. * Apply active learning methodologies and evidence-based learning principles. * Develop supplementary materials: workbooks, guides, exercises, mind maps, and frameworks. * Collaborate with audiovisual, content, editing, product, and technical subject-matter experts. * Ensure pedagogical standardization, editorial consistency, and linguistic alignment. * Monitor engagement metrics and propose continuous improvements to content. * Curate internal and external content to reinforce learning. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in Instructional Design or Corporate Education. * Proficiency in scripting for video, e-learning, and microlearning. * Knowledge of methodologies such as 6Ds, 70/20/10, and microlearning principles. * Excellent didactic writing—clear, concise, and learner-centered. * Experience with creation tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Miro, Notion). * Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms. * Ability to simplify complex topics and make them practically applicable. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of deliverables. * Availability for a fully on-site work model in São José dos Campos/SP. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with audiovisual scripting and studio recording. * Familiarity with AI tools. * Experience in startups or fast-paced production environments. * Knowledge of copywriting and UX writing. **BENEFITS:** * Health insurance (Bradesco, Policlin, or Santa Casa) * Dental plan (Uniodonto) * On-site cafeteria at Quero with delicious lunch options * Education support: exemption from pre-enrollment fees for Quero Bolsa courses, 100% discount on UFBRA’s online undergraduate programs, and free access to the Allevo platform for professional development. * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) based on individual and company goals * Psychotherapy support * Birthday day off * Wellhub membership * Extended maternity leave * Extended paternity leave
