Multitasking professional with system management and organizational skills Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple areas (civil, electrical, plumbing, painting), ensuring proper operation of equipment and facilities, responding to guest and team requests, maintaining organization, monitoring consumables (water, electricity), and utilizing management systems—with emphasis on customer satisfaction and compliance with standards—making this a vital multitasking role for daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **General Maintenance:** Perform repairs on building, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting systems (preventive and corrective). * **Guest and Department Support:** Respond to service requests to resolve issues in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. * **Equipment:** Maintain proper operation of systems such as air conditioning, swimming pool (pH, chlorine), and others. * **Consumption Management:** Monitor and control usage of water, electricity, and gas; identify faults and optimize resources. * **Reporting and Systems:** Input data into maintenance management systems (SIM) and complete activity reports. * **Organization:** Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to company standards. * **Audits:** Follow procedures to meet requirements of internal and external audits. **Required Skills:** * Practical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines (plumbing, electrical, civil). * Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience in building maintenance. * Completed High School education. * Flexible availability. * NR10 and NR35 certifications\.
