




Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, performing measurements, and ensuring production quality, in accordance with established procedures and targets. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of machinery and equipment, including mixers and presses 2. Performing measurements and quality control of production 3. Strictly following procedures and production targets Operate open/closed mixers; Perform measurements using calipers; Consult process technical sheets; Follow procedures and avoid process deviations; Produce with quality; Meet established production targets; Issue quality records; Maintain facilities, machines, and equipment; Operate cutting knives and scales; Prepare batches; Organize and handle raw material stock; Operate hydraulic vulcanizing presses; Operate polishing machines (when necessary); Clean parts (remove burrs); Ensure produced quantity; Reduce scrap rate; Maintain molds; Ensure organization and maintenance of mold storage boxes. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) Transportation allowance (BRL 12.00 per day) and Meal allowance (BRL 30.00 per business day)
