Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly, leading the team with a focus on customer satisfaction and results, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Responsible performance of all pharmaceutical activities and compliance with regulations Implement directives provided by the store manager. Maintain store organization and good condition, as well as staff professionalism. Responsible for ensuring smooth operation and implementation of the store's administrative processes. Support the store manager in achieving performance metrics set by company management. Lead the store team strategically and motivationally, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and results. Participate in controlling special-regulated medications in the SIAD/SNGPC system, based on properly completed prescriptions to comply with legal requirements, and ensure accurate recordkeeping, storage, and handling of these products. Monitor and frequently conduct technical training for new staff and those lacking medication-related knowledge. Continuously update the Good Practices Manual. Promote and ensure appropriate conditions for product storage and dispensing. Assume responsibility for executing all pharmaceutical activities performed at the pharmacy, adhering to and enforcing regulations governing the pharmaceutical profession. Ensure compliance with Law No. 5.991/73 and regulations RDC 44/99 and RDC 344/98.
