Monitor and record invoices Provide administrative support for departmental routines, such as financial controls, document management, supplier evaluation, statistical data analysis, and internal and/or external customer service. Scope: In-House Resources **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor data for external satisfaction survey indicators and support SAC (Customer Service Center) and Ombudsman complaints; contact customers to follow up on complaints; proactively reach out to neutral-rated respondents; * Conduct monthly waste audit, deliver on-site training, and monitor related actions (Waste Management Committee); * Supervise housekeeping and cleaning staff, providing necessary collaboration to ensure task completion; * Initiate, control, and oversee Service Orders for Clinical Engineering and Corporate Maintenance; * Record, control, and allocate invoices (monitoring via KPIs); * Conduct monthly process integration with support departments to enable necessary improvements; * Provide required sector-specific integration and training; * Manage linen intake and distribution, oversee the management system, monitor linen non-conformities, conduct inventories, and arrange necessary replenishments; * Monitor supplier evaluations and compile related data, integrating it with risk management data; * Manage furniture inventory, tracking movement across departments and externally, assessing replacement needs due to depreciation; * Monitor access control, granting entry and exit permissions for contractors and physicians; * Record, control, and allocate transportation vouchers for in-house resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Technical** * Completed High School education; * Hospitality knowledge in a hospital setting is desirable; #### **Behavioral** * Teamwork and cooperation; * Proactivity and engagement; * Ownership mindset and results orientation; * Organization and adaptability to change; * Continuous improvement and innovation mindset; * Customer focus and solution-oriented attitude; * Resilience and agility; * Emotional intelligence and flexibility; * Ethics, integrity, and trust-building; **Additional Information** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM * **Work Location:** Santos Dumont Hospital (**Address:** Av.
