Our energy moves dreams, ideas, and lives… We use our energy to change people’s lives! ** **Join us?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Supporting Administrative Routines:** --------------------------------------- * Daily updating of information in spreadsheets; * Daily review of cameras installed on CIF trucks; * Monitoring scheduling adherence at the Distribution Center (CD) and the Unit (UG); * Weekly updating of indicators on the management dashboard; * Verification and follow-up on documentation for drivers and vehicles (CIF and FOB from the South); * Serving internal and external operational stakeholders; * Other duties as assigned within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school (evening classes preferred); * Completion of or enrollment in higher education or technical courses is a plus; * Age between 18 and 22 years old; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** **Here, you’ll find:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Transportation allowance.
