**We are seeking a service provider partnership with the following requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields; * Completed postgraduate studies related to the field; * Experience in the role; * Prior experience in the rubber industry is preferred; * Knowledge of industrial vulcanization processes and compound formulation. **Employment Type:** Legal Entity (PJ) **Work Location:** São José dos Campos – SP **Key responsibilities include:** * Planning, developing, controlling, optimizing, and organizing production processes (mixing, calendering, extrusion, molding, and vulcanization) to ensure efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and increased productivity. * Conducting continuous process analysis and improvement, focusing on productivity and operational performance. * Developing, implementing, and monitoring production performance indicators (KPIs), such as OEE, waste, efficiency, and rework. * Participating in the development, implementation, and follow-up of engineering and industrial innovation projects. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Collaborating with PCP, logistics, quality, maintenance, safety, and product engineering departments according to production and consumption forecasts. * Analyzing and optimizing production flows and factory layout. * Preparing and monitoring production schedules. * Planning production orders and managing preventive maintenance; * Defining activity sequences and conducting time-and-motion analysis of processes and methods used. * Implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Conducting productive capacity studies and line balancing. * Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. * Supporting operational teams through training and process standardization. * Actively participating in root cause analyses and corrective actions for quality deviations.
