For more information, visit **www.ethicon.com**. **Responsibilities:** * Lead part of the Production Planning team at the MedTech plant in São José dos Campos; * Translate demand information into long-term production plans; * Develop a weekly constrained Master Production Schedule (MPS); * Execute Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP/MPS) in terms of resources, shifts, equipment, and downtime; * Plan and manage the production freeze period (re-scheduling, rework); * Ensure proper prioritization of production activities and optimal capacity utilization to meet customer delivery requirements; * Maintain material inventory within target levels, minimizing excess, obsolete, and expired products; * Develop global inventory forecasts for specific products; * Analyze performance results and define action plans to recover service levels; * Create and update vulnerability reports; * Resolve manufacturing conflicts across site/portfolio, manage impact, and communicate production-related management changes; * Provide specific inputs for the End-to-End Supply Chain configuration process and ensure planning data (safety stock, lead times) is up to date in the ERP system; * **Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration/Operations, or related fields **Required Experience and Skills:** * Advanced English proficiency * Advanced Excel proficiency * Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning and/or supply chain * Communication and presentation skills * **Preferred Experience and Skills:** * APICS certification * PowerBI knowledge * SQL knowledge * ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP) * OMP knowledge * **Johnson \& Johnson** is an Affirmative Action employer and provides Equal Opportunity employment.
