Job Responsibilities * Prepare doughs and fillings according to standardized recipes; * Shape and bake sfihas in various versions, including open, closed, and whole-grain; * Maintain product quality, flavor, and presentation standards; * Organize and manage ingredient inventory; * Comply with health surveillance regulations and good food handling practices; * Clean utensils, work surfaces, and equipment after use; * Support other kitchen or bakery tasks as needed.
