




Jacareí, On-site, Third-party, 14148 Job Description **Job Description:** Support logistics operations related to timber transportation and factory inventory, with a focus on productivity, safety, and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct field verification of operational activities in Forest Logistics; * Monitor field compliance with the operational standards for Forest Logistics activities; * Participate in various meetings (Scheduling, Safety, Committees, Supplier Evaluation, Certifications, Planning, Operational Dialogues, and Audits); * Assist in interfacing and maintaining relationships with related departments and stakeholders, especially communities within the area of influence of Forest Logistics operations; * Monitor and correct performance indicator deviations (Quality, Environment, Safety, Utilization, and Productivity) among suppliers; * Support the implementation and follow-up of projects related to operational development; * Record identified non-conformities in the process and develop action plans for appropriate corrections; * Monitor the 5S program; * Contribute to field information gathering. * Identify operational requirements and share them with other relevant departments; * Perform tasks in accordance with responsibilities defined in quality, environmental, and safety procedures and work instructions; * Manage timber inventory (perform daily inventory counts). * **Availability to work on a 6X2 shift schedule (2 days from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 2 days from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; 2 days from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; 2 days off).** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in operations; * Experience in developing operational procedures, process analysis, and performance indicator (KPI) analysis; * Knowledge of routine and quality management tools (PDCA/DMAIC); * Experience with SAP platform; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite; * Power BI.
