




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor regime Generalist HR — Detailed Responsibilities Personnel Administration \* Serve as the primary liaison with the Personnel Department (PD), verifying payroll, vacation schedules, and employment terminations. \* Manage benefits (enrollment, termination, adjustments) and oversee electronic timekeeping and time-banking systems. \* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures. Recruitment and Selection (R&S) \* Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and hierarchical levels (from job posting through hiring). \* Conduct competency-based interviews and administer tests and group dynamics exercises. \* Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. Training and Development (T&D) \* Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with managers. \* Organize, schedule, and deliver internal and external training programs (logistics, materials, effectiveness evaluation). Compensation and Performance \* Support maintenance of the Compensation and Salary Structure and implementation of Salary Surveys. \* Participate in improving and monitoring the Performance Evaluation cycle. Communication and Organizational Climate \* Support internal communication regarding HR policies and events. \* Coordinate the Organizational Climate Survey and propose action plans to improve the work environment. Managerial Support \* Act as an internal consultant on conflict management, feedback delivery, and application of disciplinary measures. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or Psychology Experience in personnel department and human resources operations Knowledge of labor legislation Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel (for spreadsheets, charts, and analysis) and Human Resources Management Systems. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, active listening skills, courtesy, and understanding of employees’ needs and concerns.
