**Why this role matters:** As an AI Content Engineer, you'll play a critical role in launching edrone in one of our key strategic regions for our LATAM growth \- Mexico. This role exists to help users get value fast by building a scalable, AI\-powered education system that deflects support, accelerates activation, and drives organic acquisition. **About the role:** You'll have full ownership of content automation for the Mexican market \- from Help Center articles and onboarding flows to SEO\-driven blog content. Your focus will be on outcomes: using AI to scale content, keeping product knowledge consistently up to date, and enabling users to learn and succeed faster. You'll move quickly, automate what matters, and prioritize impact. You'll be reporting directly to **Cristiano Mendes**, CCO LATAM. **What you'll get:** * Join one of the first people building edrone in the Mexican market \- shape how we go to market and define success. * Work on a product already used by 2,500\+ eCommerce brands across Brazil and Poland * CLT Contract with a monthly salary of R$5\.000\-R$7\.000 * Fully remote work with occasional visits to our office in Sao Jose Dos Campos (SJC), Brazil * Benefits: food voucher, transportation voucher and home office assistance, TotalPass (for you and your family), health \& dental insurance, English classes covered by edrone, full SESC credential, life insurance and Telavita for mental health support **What you'll be doing:** * **AI\-Driven Content Generation \& Maintenance:** design and implement workflows using Generative AI to rapidly draft, localize, and update vast amounts of technical documentation and Help Center articles based on feature updates. * **Template Engineering:** develop and maintain a library of eCommerce Automation Templates, ensuring their creation process is semi\-automated and scalable across different use cases. * **SEO Strategy and Organic Acquisition:** identify high\-intent, low\-competition keywords in the Mexican e\-commerce niche and use AI tools for efficient topic clustering and content mapping. Write and publish strategic blog articles, optimizing AI\-generated drafts for native quality and driving organic traffic. * **Support Deflection \& Chatbot Integration:** build and maintain the Help Center (Knowledge Base), focusing on optimizing content for use by AI Chatbots (e.g. training a bot on the knowledge base to handle first\-line support queries). * **Content Performance Analysis:** use analytics to measure the content's direct impact on support ticket deflection and PQL generation, iterating based on data. **Who you are:** * 2\+ years of experience writing technical content, documentation, or SEO\-focused B2B blog posts. * **(A must):** Proven experience or strong interest in using Generative AI tools (e.g. using prompts for drafting, localization, or summarization) to accelerate content production workflows. * **(A must):** Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for producing high\-quality, market\-appropriate educational materials. * **(****A must):** Previous experience or strong understanding of the business terminology and content consumption habits within the Mexican market (Mexico). * Proven ability to create engaging video tutorials (Loom or similar). **What the success looks like:** * **Organic Traffic:** Increase in the volume of organic visitors to the blog/website. * **Support Deflection Rate:** % of users who find the answer in the Help Center/AI Chatbot before submitting a ticket. * **Content Velocity:** Volume of new or updated content published per month. **What the recruitment process looks like:** * An Initial Online Interview with**Milena Micor** \- **People and Culture Partner \-** where we'll get to know you better. * An Online Interview with **Cristiano Mendes** \- **CCO LATAM,** focused on your skills and experience. * A Final Interview with the Leadership Team, focused on mutual fit, vision and long\-term collaboration. * Decision regarding offer and welcome onboard!
