Handle goods receipt, inspection, and storage; manage and record invoices; send XML files; and monitor deliveries with carriers. Lead people management, including recruitment and selection (R&S), shift scheduling, vacation and attendance tracking, feedback delivery, and team development. Analyze and monitor performance indicators (e.g., sales, targets, average transaction value, conversion rate) and implement strategic actions to achieve results. Also responsible for store organization, window displays, and visual merchandising, ensuring standardization and excellence in customer experience. **Education:** Completed High School **Experience and qualifications:** Prior experience as Store Manager (retail); Reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos.
