**About the Role (PT)**
The Junior Data Specialist – Vehicle Data Standardization (VDS) is responsible for researching, registering, auditing, and cataloging technical vehicle fleet data according to TecAlliance standards. This role ensures the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the database, while supporting internal teams and customers with technical vehicle data inquiries.
Working closely with partners and stakeholders, this position directly impacts the reliability and integrity of TecAlliance’s vehicle database for the Brazilian and South American automotive markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Primary Focus**
* Research, prepare, and catalog technical vehicle data.
* Maintain and update technical documentation.
* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
**Daily Activities**
* Research and enter vehicle data into the database.
* Analyze, convert, and process data from third-party systems.
* Review, update, and correct available data.
* Provide technical support to customers regarding vehicle data.
**Goals and Objectives**
* Keep vehicle database information updated and accurate.
* Meet defined quality standards and deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with registration guidelines.
**Collaboration and Reporting**
* Support customers and internal users with technical inquiries about vehicle data.
* Interact with third-party data systems and sources.
* Contribute to process improvements with a startup mindset.
* Collaborate in a multicultural and international work environment.
**Profile**
**Education**
* Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Technician (completed or in progress).
* Other degrees will be considered if accompanied by strong automotive knowledge.
**Experience**
* Technical knowledge of vehicles (motorcycles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles).
* Experience in the automotive sector.
* Proficiency in database tools and technical data support.
* Prior experience in data analysis, quality control, and customer/partner interaction.
**Skills and Tools**
* Technical Knowledge: Excel (spreadsheets and formulas), database tools.
* Digital Tools: Windows, Outlook, Office Suite, Internet.
* Data Management: Research, entry, conversion, maintenance, and quality review of data.
* Passion for vehicles and automotive data.

**Your Profile**
**Education**
* Higher Education or Technical Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Technician (completed or in progress).
* Other specializations considered with strong automotive knowledge.
**Experience**
* Technical knowledge of vehicles (motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles).
* Experience in the automotive sector.
* Skilled in database tools and technical data support.
* Previous experience in data analysis, quality control, and client/partner interactions.
**Skills \& Tools**
* Technical Expertise: Intermediate Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas), database tools.
* Digital Tools: Windows, Outlook, MS Office, Internet.
* Data Management: Research, entry, conversion, maintenance, and quality review.
* Other: Passion for vehicles and automotive data.
